Create a new brand

These values create the registry record, repository identity, and primary domain.

These controls are prepared for the platform-backed visual editor and are not submitted yet.

Select the current scaffold preset. Token-level color, typography, imagery, and layout controls will bind here next.

The first scaffold uses the canonical platform template while visual block composition remains staged for the next slice.

The brand repository will own prompt and knowledge configuration while the runtime remains platform-owned.

These controls are active in the current provisioning pipeline.
